As one of the oldest managers of Mammut, please tell the audience about the evolution of the group.

Mammut Company has officially started its activity in the field of heavy vehicles such as trailers, tow trucks and sandwich panels since 1991, on a land area of ​​120,000 square meters and with five halls. Over the years, by utilizing the latest and most up-to-date technologies in the world, it has succeeded in constructing numerous halls and sheds with the aim of creating jobs in the industrial sector and self-sufficiency in the production of various types of trailers, including tent trailers, flatbed trailers, and the production of sandwich panels for ceilings, walls, and insulated rooms such as refrigerated rooms and cargo rooms in high circulation, etc. It has also developed the automotive industry, which we can safely say is currently able to compete with its competitors in terms of the quality of these products at the global level and is currently the largest manufacturer of the aforementioned products in the Middle East.

What experience and abilities have helped you in the workplace over the years?

As previously mentioned, before joining Mammut Group, I worked continuously in the maritime industry for 6 years on ships, and this experience of working at sea requires high expertise due to the laws and restrictions of the job and ship. In addition, working at sea due to the lack of access to the necessary resources led to my self-development and improvement of my abilities to solve problems and resolve them in order to continue my life and work, which ultimately led me to enter Mammut Group with a lot of experience in technical matters. Also, considering the way of thinking and characteristics of Engineer Behrouz Ferdows, I had the chance to use his thoughts, which were a combination of knowledge and experience in the field of building and developing a factory using limited resources and machinery at that time, and this led to my intellectual growth and further experience in the technical field.

The vision focuses on tomorrow and what a person intends to achieve, so in this regard, we use all our expertise and experience to provide the best services to our customers and also try to make Mammut Technology Company one of the most reputable and trusted companies in the Mammut Group in implementing large and important projects.

Tell us more about the nature of Mammut Technology.

Mammut Technology Company is a company in the Mammut Industrial Park, which was formed thanks to the presence of experienced and long-standing personnel and also by relying on the technical knowledge and background of its managers in the fields of engineering, construction and civil projects, and with the aim of developing and expanding new technologies and modern techniques in the fields of design, supervision and construction. Also, the overall mission of this company is to maintain and develop energy infrastructure and implement various projects for the companies of the Mammut Industrial Group.

How do you deal with management and financial challenges in the industry?

All challenges can be solved if identified correctly and in a timely manner. In my opinion, regarding the management challenges of the organization, it is important that managers have sufficient information about the skills, interests and abilities of their team members to significantly reduce work challenges by establishing effective communication with employees. In addition, if managers understand the strengths, improvements and communication styles of their employees, their productivity will increase and challenges will decrease. Regarding financial challenges, since the industry constitutes a major part of the economic structure and growth, in the event of a crisis and financial challenges, we take steps to resolve the aforementioned challenges with the consultation of the finance team and with the help of the financial strategy of the entire group and by applying the solutions proposed by them.

What is your view on the use of new technologies and artificial intelligence in this field?

As we know, Artificial Intelligence has created significant changes in industries. Over time, technologies based on artificial intelligence have become more mature and their costs have become more reasonable for companies, and it is expected that many businesses will turn to artificial intelligence in the near future. Therefore, by using artificial intelligence in the field of industry, better decisions can be made, more accurate production processes and lower costs can be enjoyed. How do you deal with environmental and sustainability issues in various projects?

Preserving the environment and natural resources is one of the company’s most important concerns, so that in all projects, before starting the project, its impact on the region’s climate and the habitat of animals and plants is examined so that the project is implemented in the best place and time. This issue is also considered throughout the entire project implementation period, so that efforts are made to produce the least waste by utilizing the potentials available during the project implementation period. Even the waste produced is not left alone and, if possible, is completely recycled, collected, and sent to the recycling section.

In our projects, during the initial and final review of the project, we consider this issue: if a project produces waste or wastewater during operation, its infrastructure includes items such as a treatment plant so that even after the project is operated, environmental sustainability is maintained and no damage is done to the environment.
