A group of postgraduate students from Shahid Beheshti University visited the Mammut Industrial Complex on Wednesday, June 17. During this program, Dr. Moghbali, CEO of Donya Mammut Company, and Dr. Rezaei, Vice President of Innovation and Business Development of Mammut Digital Company, had a cordial conversation with these students. First, Mammut Holding was introduced and presented by Dr. Rezaei, which familiarized the students with this huge complex. Then, Dr. Moghbali began his speech with the main theme of optimally utilizing the Iranian youth and elite. He went on to point out that, after the energy challenge, Iran is also facing a human resources problem today; a skilled workforce that has been trained for years and is ready to work is emigrating from Iran at a time when it should be present in the country’s labor market. He added that Mammut has been active in recent years in the field of achieving the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) and is ready to receive students’ ideas and support them. We should all hope for the future and strive for the growth of the new generation. These visits and lectures were an opportunity to learn about the importance of new industrial technologies and the role of specialized human resources in the country’s sustainable development.
